Vicki Williams, PhD.

Principal Psychologist

Vicki Williams is a psychologist with expertise in the treatment of anxiety, chronic stress, and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). She has fifteen years and over 12,000 hours of experience informed by mind-body approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), positive psychology, and mindfulness and meditation.

Vicki began her career working in a private psychiatric hospital that specialised in the treatment of addictions. A doctoral dissertation followed that examined moderators of health risk in the psychobiology of chronic stress. Vicki continues that journey began many years ago to resource people to minimise the impact of anxiety, chronic stress, and trauma on their emotional wellbeing, relationships, and physical health.

Vicki also enjoys working with members of the NSW Police Force, supporting them to cope with the stressful demands of their work, recover from PTSD, and protect their physical health and relationships from the consequences of chronic stress and trauma.
